My other thread was really messing with my ocd so I requested it to be closed and started a new one. I hope the information and layout is easy to follow.
This mod is based off framework & system applications from CM9 for the Optimus Elite by PhenomX4 . This will ONLY work for CM9, so DO NOT flash this over your GB roms. Below you will get a detailed explanation of the mod's features and its various components. This mod will continue to evolve as long as there's enough interest to warrant the work. There's been a lot of work put into this by myself and all the guys who came up with the code for the mods and took the time to trial and error. Not to mention all the hours phenomx4 put into getting CM9 built and usable.

Beta Test2.2:
Information: Based on code by Adi Aisiteru Reborn and serajr. A HUGE thanks guys :thumbup:

1. Not personally tested with builds older than 8/30/2013.
2. Tested with CWM6 and TWRP.

Features:

Framework:
1. Blacked out framework
2. Reverted back to ICS animations to fix a lag issue. Also changed compression of compiled apk.
3 .Gingerbread artifacts cleaned up.

SystemUI:
1. Full JB. 4.2 style Quicksettings, include animation when switch betwen Notification panel or toggle panel
2. Working User toggle, and to edit it go to contact ( people app ), tap first contact "ME", and edit your profile pic, name there
3. 3 Columns tile view
4. 23 TOGGLE : -> 3 default toggle ( User toggle, Settings button toggle, Recent Apps button toggle ) -> 20 toggle can be re-arrange / change order ( Reboot action, Shutdown action, Airplane mode, Bluetoth, Brightness, GPS, Flashlight, Lockscreen, Mobile Data, Network mode 2G/3G, Orientation, Screen Timeout, Sound, Sync, Wi-Fi , Battery info, Stay awake, USB Connection mode, USB debugging,Wi-fi hotspot ) -> Working Toggle Network mode 2G/3G,, you can lock for 3G mode only, 2G only, or both 2G/3G
5. All toggle icon color are white, some toggle using CM icon
6. Some theme chooser themes will not work and crash the systemui
7. 3 tabs on settings ( Personal tab, System tab, Application tab )
8. Removed CM Power Widget
9. - Preference to choose status bar opacity percentage or Use Custom Image
10. - Preference to choose status bar expanded ( pulldown ) opacity percentage or Use Custom Image (still in development)
11. - Preference to Enable/Disable TABS on Quicksettings panel ( Quicksettings TAB and Slider control TAB )
12. - Preference to hide or change Carrier label.

You can disable all toggles by unchecking them in system ui preferences....the existing mod is pulled from 4.2/4.3 quick settings code and as of yet they've not made a blanket disable function that I'm aware of. But I'll look into it.

This mod is awesome and for some strange reason it fixed the lag on the phone a bit. Also is their a way to add the two finger swipe down from the status bar to reveal the settings toggles like in the nexus 4.

Glad youre liking it. The pro/prime versions of apex and nova launchers will allow a lot of gesture control.

Aside from my edits, images were optimized and compressed so maybe that helps some. :)
 
Great work, I am really liking this!

One thing though.....the option for the notification drawer for "use custom image", nothing comes up so that you may pick an image. Is that something that is still being worked on?

Yeah its still in development. It kind of works but still needs some refinements before I'd release it.

It's easier if you already have a picture on your Google + profile.
 
Upcoming Changes:
MMS.apk blacked out and working properly.
Getting the custom background mod to work with systemui preferences.

Hopeful Future Changes...
Trying to port the 4.2. clock.apk. if that proves futile I'll be centering the lock screen clock for ICS . Also looking at porting the JB lockscreen.
 
My phone seems more sluggish now. I dont have any force closes but I have alot of app not respnding messages. It looks great though.

Going to make a version and revert back to ICS animations. I'm pretty sure the lag is coming from there.
**EDIT**
The lag is definitely related to the animations. ICS animations are running much better also adjusted the compression. The framework is half the size of stock CM9. I'll release another test mod soon.
