Root [MOD] CRT off animation for LG Shine Plus

Hello people! I've been trying to enable the Shine Plus to have the Gingerbread CRT off animation. It seems like it finally works on my end, but I have to make sure this package works for everyone, so I need testers!

If you don't know what the CRT off anim is, it's when you close your screen and it looks like an oldschool TV. It's not much, but at least it works on our phones now.

Keep in mind, if you themed your phone, this will effectively wipe your theme! I used stock v20a files and patched two files and also used another phone as reference for two other files.

Glad you guys like it. This should have been built into Gingerbread ROMs everywhere. But some carriers prefer to disable it because of some odd reason... All support forums end up re-enabling it without much issues. Go figure!
