hahaha besides that then you have to use UOT kitchen website
thats the only way i now

otherwise adventurous souls can decompile and change icons manually

All, you need to do is decompile the framework-res.apk and and change the PNGs inside and compile it again. And of course flash the update.

Use apktool. I found it to be the easiest way..

it is safe dude... just install the app from market.. go to interface tab.. tweak the interface to hell... i'v changer the fonts,boot anims,statusbar icons, everythin workin perfect..
