Okay friends, I made it 
[Intro]
This is a modified Motion kernel with LG Esteem's Bootimages in it.
[What about it? I already know how to change those boot images. It's easy.]
No I am not talking about Boot Animations. I am talking about Boot Images.
When you restart the android phone you will see three types images.
(These are not official terms though.)
1) Boot Logo - device company logo; Motion has static LG logo
2) Boot Images - simple animation device company logo; LG logo shines
3) Boot Animation - more complex and longer Carrier Logo; Metero PCS
What people usually change is #3 Boot Animation. You can download bootanimation.zip and replace it under /system/media.
But #1 and #2 are bulit in the kernel, so you have to extact the kernel, modify the animation pictures the recomplie the kernel.
[Warning]
As I mentioned before this is the kernel. You will be flashing loki'ed Motion kernel.
If you have overclock kernel such as Freedom Kernel, you will lose the overclock capability.
Wallpaper script is removed so don't worry about those safe apps. It bypasses security check.
There's slight image size difference between 1)Bootlogo and 2)Bootimages. I will try to resize bootlog as well.
[Install]
You must have backup or emergency restore ready.
1. Download the zip file.
2. Place it on your SD card.
3. Go to recovery.
4. No need to wipe data or factory reset. Just install Zip from SD card and flash.
5. The file size is very small, so install should be finished within second.
6. Restart phone.

[Alternative Method]
Android Addtict came up with a suggestion for those who don't want to flash the whole kernel.
Instead of altering 2)Boot Images, you can use these images as 3)Boot Animation instead.
Below is AA's Boot Animaztion flash script. It will overwrite your current boot animation.
