Root [MOD] Possible multitasking fix

Those mods won't work with all roms or other mods. Freeza, as one example, runs processes to overwrite oom adj and minfree values on the fly, changing depending on whether the screen is on or off. (See Freeza's mod thread for info about turning that off.)

Most adjustments like this seem to do some good. Fwiw, I don't think that user available ram is the same between the S4 and T3 One X.

I'm waiting for it to be baked into roms if the devs decide this actually works. I don't do a lot of multitasking so I don't notice issues with it.

Just posted it up because I know a lot of people are annoyed with it.

Here's a comment from the Meanrom thread from mikeyxda on this...

I agree. That entire mod basically quotes most of the stuff that's already in the stock post boot file. In looking at it, the only appreciable change are these two lines near the end:

echo "1\0" > /dev/msm_ptm
echo "0\0" > /dev/msm_ptm

I can't find much info on those. It's not clear what that does.

In fact, there is no /dev/msm_ptm on our phones. So I'm not sure it does anything! Need more info. Or at least a before/after of something.

I still like the V6 SuperCharger for this.

Ideally, the rom devs will choose the right values, but if they goof (Charmeleon or stock) you have to address this somehow.
