Thanks for the fast replies! Currently, I am on baseband 2.0.49. I'm thinking of flashing it to 2.1.54.

Would it be better to flash to 2.1.54, then install rom through xRecovery
or
Install Rom, then flash?

Install the ROM, but rather than reboot the phone when it's done, shut it off, connect to flashtool and flash the baseband.

Please help me out. I just installed custom rom and flashed to baseband 2.1.55.

However, everytime I start the phone and go into home screen, I encounter this:
"Sorry! The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

When I force close it, it keeps popping up. It has something to do with everytime the little android bee in the top left corner popping up.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Just discovered: it keeps popping up that error message the moment my phone tries to pick up signal from my network :/

That's beyond my knowledge.

This is where all the people using the ROM are posting so you'll get answers quickly.
