I have some question: What's Modded Google Play? It's good for me? It isn't bad for my phone?

In the regular Google Play, you can't change the look/feel of the Play store, download apps incompatible with your device, or in some countries even access the Play store. "Modding" eliminates one or all of these issues by theming, allowing all devices, and/or allowing all markets. It requires root, which I see you have. If it's from a known source and you want what it offers, it should be fine.
