Modding of san andreas for android?

[andsa]

Is it just as easy to mod san andreas for android as it is for the pc version?

If the file formats are identical, it SHOULD be.

yeh, i modded the car package and just changed the filename and added it to the OBB file, but when i started san andreas, the game just started to download the data again :S

It may have a md5sum check that auto-downloads the packages if there are alterations. What if you're not web connected?
