Mods Modified init.d and sysctl system and Flashable Disabler [Root only]

This is something i think certain people will find very valuable
Basically like having 7 init.d folders to boot from(Profiles)
You can choose to bootup loading 1 or all or any combo or turn them all off
It also allows you to run the scripts in realtime
with an additional folder that will allow for another 6 profile folders for realtime execution

I added several folders in the system for storing profiles and scripts when not in use

if your like me you probably download all the latest tweaks and scripts then tear them apart and see what you can use.Or just test some of the lines.
This is easy with this setup

if you use sysctl.conf
there 2 .conf files you can load sysctl settings to and choose to boot from either
with 2 more confs with realtime only execution
