I have been playing with Browsers from the market and i found one that is near perfect for me. It does have one problem that makes me continue to use the stock browser. It did get me to thinking about trying to make my own personal use browser though. What programs are out there for a person ignorant to Android and Developing to use for trying my hand at this?
