Root MODS-DELETE Starting a new project

Well, this causes me to boot loop, and cant install any other roms nor can i go back to my stock nandroid... so brick ya prick! Sorry, had to get that out any help at fixing this, please! PLEASE!
 
well you should of read some posts before flashing this, and if one version does not work just use the older ones until i get a new version uploaded
 
At least, it should. If one of your partitions got corrupted, it could cause some problems depending on which one it is.
 
Its based on tdm's cm10/aokp41 and that is a known issue in those. The way to get it working is to flash back to a stockish ICS ROM and get a lock, then come back to these.

Are you getting the GPS notification icon blinking while trying to get a fix? If not, then follow the instructions per Reese.

But if you are, then you may just need to give it A LOT of time. Use an app like GPS Status, plugged your phone in to your PC or wall outlet w/ "Stay Awake" enabled (under "settings/developer options") & let the app attempt to get a fix. That works for me every time.

After the 1st fix, it connects more quickly thereafter.

Left it on all day today,not picking up :/ any other suggestions?
 
Just did a clean install and now Beautiful Widgets doesn't see where I am and I also tried an ICS rom and GPS didn't know my location either.I also don't see the wifi tether widget that was there before the clean install.Please help.

I get this when adding a BW and trying to open it to change locations,etc. widget

Since this rom is based off tdm's, you should flash the stripped down stock rom, turn on gps, use it and test it with gps test. Leave gps on and reboot into recovery. Flash this rom and gps should be on. If not, you're SOL... Which isn't surprising, since there are 2 roms I can't lock on gps.

We don't t know why and don't have a solution, but I'm finding this device is plagued by production batch issues... So I have issues with gps and maybe you do, but others don't. It's not a "you did it wrong" issue, since so many people are affected, but it's not a total device issue, since not everyone is affected. It's damn near impossible to resolve, since it's most likely flaws in production batches that are to blame.
 
will probably switch to cm10.1 base as now because i have ubuntu finally up and running so now i can do some cherry picks like rom control to cm10.1 so will hold off on this project till monday or later, and work on my icy fusion rom a little bit more
 
Anyone else getting screen twitches?screen blinks I should probably say or is it just me?Clock also stops working all the time when I try to set an alarm

it's an issue with aokp41 and cm10 based roms, therefore, you aren't going to get a fix. Update to CM10.1 it's the latest version of android 4.2.2 and the best rom we got. BUT, if you want your phone to be good for gaming your best bet is probably stock ICS v7. I have heard CM10.1 does good on gaming as well but I'm not sure if there is any framerate difference between it and stock v7.
