Go to the play store> Click on your avatar in the top right corner>Select "manage apps">select the update tab

Your only list would be in the Google Play Store app, click on your avatar /photo in the upper-right, choose manage installed apps....

There's no need to remove the original question and ask for a thread to be deleted once you get an answer. The purpose of the forum is to provide help to others, so if you leave the question in place someone else with the same problem can find it and the solution. Whereas if you remove the question and ask for the thread to be deleted anyone else who has the problem in future has to ask again (and, if the right person doesn't see it, maybe not get an answer).
