Help Moment won't charge

I am unable to charge my moment with a wall/travel charger. And I bought a new charger and battery and it still won't charge. BUT it charges if I connect it to the computer or in my car. Weird.:confused: Any idea what is preventing my phone from not charging from an outlet? Pretty much I've been forced to charge from my computer or car.
 
I have had to get 3 different phone because my phone wouldnt charge from anywhere. Something about the ports on the phones...not so good.
 
Though not Moment related directly...

My wifes Epic is very sensitive to what cable is used to charge and especially sync. We have 6 usb cables of various mfg. that we use to charge and sync our phones as well as 5 wall chargers. The Epic will charge but not sync will 3 of the cables and will not charge with one wall charger. The Evo doesn't have a problem with any of them. I took one of the non Epic syncing cables to work and a coworkers Intercept would not sync with it either, though it sync'd fine with a Hero. I can only surmise that it's possible Samsung does something slightly different with its port that makes it more sensitive to the cable used.
 
Wow well the guy at the sprint store said moments are notorious for having bad ports and seeing how im on my third moment for that exact problem everytime, i believe it
 
Maybe it's a software issue. I've the phone for over a year with no problems then about a week ago it wouldn't charge, or very sporadically through the wall charger. It' charges just fine in my or with the USB on my computer.
 
Had the same thing happen to me about a month ago. My moment would charge in my car and usb cable but stopped charging with the wall charger. Got another wall charger and all is well again. Apparently the chargers go bad sometimes.
