Monthy payment MetroPCS Question

Okay so, my mom did not pay my phone for like a month however my phone was disconnected the 29th and she paid my phone the 28th, i got my 4G Back and everything but then today i got the message from Metro telling me to pay by 29, so i dont get it, will my phone be disconnected again just because it was paid a day earlier ?

it is how they operate. lets say your bill is due on the 10th and you dont pay it till the 9th the next month, UNLESS you pay $15 to change your billing cycle you WILL BE required to pay AGAIN on the 10th. i know its happened to me a few times. it suck but nothing you can do about it (unless you change your billing cycle)

You didn't give full dates so I'm going to try and understand what you are saying.

It got disconnected Oct. 29, your mom just went and had it turned back on November 28? and you received a message saying your next payment is due November 29?

If that's what you are saying then yep that is right. she would have had to paid two months. The month that was past due plus the month that is about to end. Hope that clarifies it for you.

You have to do a bill cycle reset its $5 plus tax it can be done at any metropcs store and on the phone I believe. A Bill Cycle Reset changes the date to the next month instead of the having it for the current month.

I dont know why metro does this but its how they do it. Lets say your bill was due the October 29th, metro gives you until the 29th of the next month to pay that amount before getting completely cancelling your account/lose your number. So you paid November 28th your bill is still due the 29th of each month that's why you got that message.

its 5$ plus tax to change your anniversary date. I will usually ask my customers if they want to reset it if they are more than a couple days late. When we go to apply your payment it will tell us how many days of service you will have. Its up to you whether you want to reset it or not since there is a charge. You are paying a 30 day anniversary cycle.

They changed it to only $5??? when? its always been $15 for me  i guess ive been paying my bill. thats weird. lol
