I love this app, but the background images and cover replacements for EPUBs without covers don't suit my style. So I tried to use Moon Reader's link to search my SD card for my own images (I have a lot of them), but no matter how trim and and proportioned those images may be, they are all blocked from loading. What's the deal with this?
Sometimes it's the non-essentials that really bother you, but then this is one of those rare apps which I paid the Pro fee for, and now here's something which it says it will do, but doesn't. Reading with this app is altogether more satisfying than with other reader apps, but being able to look at a leather or wood-grain background of my choice is something you should expect with a paid app. It would also be a bit more satisfying if I didn't have to choose between duplicating one of the all-floral book covers on offer (yecchhh) or going with one of the pink options (20% of all of them). If you can help me understand and overcome this, you'll be the hero who I will sing about!
