More bees with honey

I always try the nice approach first, going in like a raging lunatic never usually gets you anywhere.... and really fast.

Thanks for the heads up on how to get the deal... was that $21.99 for the dock and standard battery? Isn't the dock usually a pretty good penny on its own?

Dock and standard battery with the slot for battery only charging.

Hopefully it helps people though, I have read a lot of people just buying stuff to make it work when honestly, VZ should be helping people out a little. They are pushing the 4g network and if they want people to be able to take advantage of it; people should get use out of their $600 phone.

Also, VZ tech said the following:

* dont use the interal task killer for the Charge. He said the newest OS automatically puts it to sleep and if you kill it with the internal, you have to reboot. He said that you dont need another either.

* He said not to get a battery manager either, they usually do more harm than good and they are for the older Droids

* He said that antivirus ussually doesnt work well either - the antivirus are usually windows based and dont do much for Droid. The apps are screened at the market so you only need to worry about apps bought outside the market.

Hope this helps.

Ha. Reminds of some crazy dude who went nuts at a local verizon store a few years back. Apparently he smashed all the displays and windows with a bat screaming' can you hear me now'! Not even kidding

Again on the antivirus thing being useless. The proper ones are not. Especially ones like lookout that have OTHER features that are worth the money. One of them being scream. If your phones on silent and you can't remember where you put it. You simply log on and scream the phone. It cranks the volume up all the way and screams it so you can find it. Another feature is if the phones lost or stolen (They are not always stolen). You can lock it and turn on the GPS. My GPS is usually off unless I need it. But lets say I forget where I placed the phone. Maybe I left it at work. I can turn that GPS on and track it down BEFORE I wipe it clean. Instead of other programs that just wipe it and then you find it later and have just lost all your data.
