more HTC and Android widgets

Is there a way to download more HTC and Android widgets? I've only seen an option to download HTC widgets and there are only like 5 or 6 there. My friend's older Android htc phone has access to tons more htc and android widgets.

I'm aware that some other apps you download may have their own individual widgets, but i'm talking about the standard htc and android ones, since they all seem to be really well build and well-designed.

Cool! Didn't know you could update the Get More... interesting.
Nothing on the Android widgets side eh?

I would've imagined that people would be making these things on Android marketplace or something... or that Sprint would be making custom widgets.

Well you can find loads of widgets on the Android market place they just don't come straight from Google or HTC.
