Can't wait to see a decent Android phone here in Canada. The Droid X and Evo 4g are apparently going to be no shows, but if the Samsung Galaxy S is available life won't hurt so much. Bell will be getting the first iteration of the SGS but hopefully we'll see it on Rogers and Telus! And I thought my only choice for a good smartphone was going to be the iPhone 4....

NO DECENT PHONES IN CANADA?

Telus- Motorola Milestone & HTC Desire (Google Nexus One is compatible)
Rogers- Acer Liquid E & SonyEricsson Xperia X10 (Google Nexus One is compatible)
Bell/Virgin- HTC Legend

Let me re-word myself... I meant powerful android devices, decent is pretty vague I guess. I didn't know about the the desire coming to Telus(neat!), but the other devices you mentioned are either crippled in some aspects/ or not as powerful as the devices I mentioned before.
Motorola Milestone- 600MHz processor
Acer Liquid E- 768MHz processor
Sony Xperia X10- Running Android 1.6 (yes I know there will be an update eventually) , No Multitouch, Sony skin
HTC Legend- 600MHz
Google Nexus One is lovely however you have to pay full price for it and many are already roped into plans on their carrier and need to choose an option that is available to the carrier.
All the phones you mentioned are definitely decent, just not the powerhouses I've been looking for. Sorry about the confusion!
