which gps app has the most accurate maps? i have been using copilot live and some roads it gets a bit confused about, and shows some residential streets as not there. From experience which app has the best maps?
No map is going to be perfect - it often takes a year from collecting the data on the ground to getting it sold on the map. And in that time all sorts of new roads can spring up.
I have heard some complaints about copilot - not so much about the lack of streets as the strange routes it sometimes sets. It seems some of the categorisations (average speed, restricted turns etc) it uses for the roads on order to calculate the routes could be wrong. Have a look at some for the posts here
I use Sygic's Mobile Maps and have found it to be very good - I have not found anything missing so far. But that does not mean to say that it is perfect.
