Root Most noob friendly rom?

I am pre-ordering the galaxy sIII, I have had enough of the bolt. It was a great phone for a few months, but with the lack of being a developer friendly device I need to move on.

So I am giving the phone to my mother. I am not an android noob, but she is. Now I gave my dad my incredible when I made the switch to the bolt, and i put sky raider on it for him. I am currently running thundershed v1.5 on the bolt. Wondering if it would be better to put a sense rom back on it, or let her use an AOSP rom and just get used to it.

TLDR; Any suggestions for a rom for my mother, who is older, this being her first smartphone?

Probably try to make it look like an iphone since old folks and monkeys should be able to use it easily.

Back on topic, my dad seems to like sense a lot, I guess I can just flash roms on the bolt once I get the new phone, and let my mom decide. Although older she does very well with technology.
