What is the newest anthrax kernal that's stable? Everytime I used 3.5.0 or 3..1 I always get bootloops

Yeah the same way. Just follow the installer after flashing the zip.

I'm running 3.6.3 with no problems and Sweep2Wake hasn't been a problem either.
