Root Most stable ROM?

Not new to MetroPCS Androids but to the Admire, anways just got done rooting it, see alot of nice ROM's so I can't decide, not in a hurry as I like stock GB anyways after debloating it, but to be specific which ROM is the most stable that has everything working, smooth and increases speed and improves battery life?

Any out there?

This question has been answered MANY times before. Try searching just a little first. Most stable are OA, Monster 5.3, Android World Order, stock++ by req and that's about it.
