Most Used Contacts shown in dropdown

I noticed there appears to be no way to erase a contact that has been frequently contacted from appearing in the the dropdown list when attempting to send a photo. How do I delete a contact from appearing?

Yes, I've already deleted their actual 'contact' from email.

Also, these emails auto-populate when composing an actual email, even though I have deleted them from contacts. The web has some solutions out there that seem to work for the Samsung's and HTC, but nothing for the LG.

Try settings>apps>Gmail>Permissions and ensure "contacts" isn't allowed. This is assuming you mean in Gmail app.

Thanks, but that didn't work.

I use Yahoo mail, and these drop-downs are showing when I want to share a picture from my 'Gallery'. It shows a row of the four most recent people I have texted, then the 2nd row shows what appears to be a static list of four people I have emailed. I've deleted them from contacts in both email and the phone, and yet they still appear.

If someone knows how to solve this conundrum, Please help.

Ahh I see the menu you mean. I haven't really looked into it as it doesn't bother me that much But after a quick Google I found this. I've just downloaded the AppChooser app and looks like you can just select for that app to be default when sharing something and just choose which apps you want to show in the AppChooser app. Take a look if that helps.

Thank you SavageRobot! This 'AppChooser' app has solved my problem with respect to sharing photos and names auto-appearing.

Now, the only problem left is why my yahoo auto-populates email addresses I have deleted from contacts. And, those contacts do not exist in my google acct either.
