Ever have that deja vu feeling that you've told someone about a certain widget a million times? This is mainly reffering to the post your screenshots thread.

This isn't a thread to tell people off about asking too many of the same questions but more so a wikipedia style thing to make finding widgets alot easier.

Easy to use, if you see a widget you like somewhere, come back here find it and the number next to it and then find its description. This will include the name of the widget and the barcode for those with a program which can interpret it and go straight to the marketplace.

Obviously it will be updated as more popular widgets come up. If you think there should be anything else added, just post

For number 10 (the Battery Left widget) would you be able to also show the smaller 1x1 style of widget, as not everyone wants a larger battery on their screen?

Are there any free widgets that are large clock widgets that look like the sense clock/weather widget? Stock Android on the droid doesn't have any good widgets.

Definately! Check out beautiful widgets! It costs a little but its got over 140 themes/skins so you can adjust it however you like, there are even themes that look like the sense clock. I'll add that to the list soon!

A few other (1x1) widgets worth a look..

Memory Status (text widget)
Micro Clock Widget (nice transparent analog clock - tap access to alarms)
Bee Widgets (Wx, Batt & Clock, ugly but actually work)
Brightness Level (better than stock!)
3 (3 cube 3D music player, outstanding!)
Silent toggle widget (phone ringer silent, vibrate, all off)
DigiClock widget (1x2 -many nice skin options, tap access to favorite apps)

For the resident vampires..

Twilight Clock (1x4 widget calculates Sunrise/set time / how much daylight - night is left)
(Great for hiking/fishing/camping)

MoonPhase Widget (1x1 widget shows current moon phase now, tap for moon info)

Transparent Clock Widget (2x2 nice larger analog clock)
