Want to clear the partition cache, can't seem to find out how. There doesn't seem to be a recovery mode for the 4G to do it from.
Also would like to try a second method to clear the davlik cache. Did it with root explorer > data > davlik and deleted everything in the folder. After reboot, it optimized applications. But I would like to do it when Android isn't running.

Sidenote: reason for this is trying to resolve a problem where FoxFi says it's on, but no SSID is being broadcast. 4G Mobile Hotspot app also stuck at "Wi-Fi turning on". Been working for a year and this came out of the blue.
