I have a 2nd gen Verizon Moto E LTE phone and the loudspeaker is busted.
The loudspeaker and the earpiece are the same unit and the speaker is going out. It was never very loud to begin with but now it is almost inaudible and even telephone calls through the earpiece part are crackly and quite.
I feel like this is a design fault by Motorola but am out of warranty anyway.
What is wrong with it and is that a common issue?
