Help Moto G 4G wont turn off.

My Moto G is permanently showing the android & Motorola Bat Wing logo. This is what I get on my boot Screen (see below). If I scroll to any of the options, or do nothing for a couple of minutes, the phone vibrates and goes back to the android and Bat Wing logo's again. It also does that if I press the volume up key when I'm on boot screen. I did once see the android robot in its back with an exclamation mark on it and "No command" under it.

Any fixes will be appreciated, else its destined for the junk box.
