I have a Moto g3 with virgin mobile. I want to change carrier's but i want to unlock my phone so I can use it with another carrier. I called virgin and after being transferred several times I finally got someone to give me the unlock code. My problem is when I tried the process to unlock my phone it won't give me the screen to input the unlock code.
