Adding contacts is a basic smartphone function, one that everyone should learn right off the bat. In the event that something happens to your phone or you need to upgrade/switch to something new, you'll also want to make sure these contacts are backed up safely to the cloud. Here's how you do it.
- Open the Phone app
- Tap the 3-dot menu button in the upper right corner
- Tap on New Contact
- Choose the account you'd like to backup your contacts to
- Fill out contact information
- Tap the check mark in the upper right corner to save
- To delete, tap the 3-dot menu button and confirm you'd like the delete the contact.
