If your Moto G5 Plus becomes unresponsive or frozen, you can perform a hard reset by pressing and Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons for about 10 seconds.
The phone will automatically restart, showing the Moto logo/bootup sequence for a few seconds before taking you to the lock screen.
