Help Moto Pure G Government Phone Prolem

My moto pure g government phone, suddenly started displaying 4 large white numbers on the lock screen after I power phone on, these 4 numbers are placed 2 on top and 2 numbers on bottom creating a large square almost the size of the entire lock screen and the 4 numbers are different each time I power on,

so does it boot up after showing those numbers? can you unlock the screen?
