Help Moto Webtop as PC program?

I recently found or about motorola webtop, which I can use with my razr maxx. I don't have a TV in my truck, and i'm not interested in buying the lap dock.

I would like to connect the phone to my laptop either by HDMI or USB, and run the webtop app as a program on windows. Allowing me to fully control the webtop app as it would normally be controlled, while running my normal windows programs. Is this possible?

Why? You can get Firefox for your laptop. Windows isn't Android or Linux. You won't be able to control other functions on the laptop through the device. You can tether it tho. I dunno, I do nothing on my PC. I use it as a motocast server. That's it. I do everything from my Maxx.
