There are some instances where accessing Developer Options can be useful, but it needs to be enabled before being able to do so.
- Open Settings > About Phone
- Scroll down to Build Number
- Tap Build Number 7 times
- A popup message will appear which will confirm that "You are now a developer"
- Once enabled, Developer Options will appear below "Printing" in the main Settings menu
