Motorola Apps - extremely high usage

[Android Question]

HTC 2 Incredible Android phone I've had for over 2 years. This last month I have had extremely high usage due to Motorola Apps according to Onova - something outrageous like 15 GB. This has never happened before, and my data usage was no different than in any previous months. And, I did not download any new apps.

Anyone know what Motorola apps are?
And, does anyone know how to get rid of those apps?

Same problem on my Sony Xperia, only in the past month though, and I don't believe I've installed anything and can't find what the app is. Did you overcome it?
