Help Motorola Charm SD card notification sound

When I turn on my Charm, it makes the sd notification sound. I have turned it off and changed the sound to something else, but it still makes the same sound no matter if it's turned on or off. I have done a factory reset, but it still does it. I guess it's not a huge deal, but if I want to quietly turn my phone on, it's impossible.

Any ideas?

I don't know. Moto charm was a very good concept but its these little things that make it feel like a crap brick.
