Help Motorola Droid Maxx XT1080 Network Problem

I buy a moto droid maxx xt1080, when i insert sim in phone, massage displayed that sim is from unknown source, I am in Pakistan and there is no service of verizon. Due to this My cell phone has week signals of my carrier. Can any one solve this problem: and told me that what i should do?

I think you got to get it unlocked by Verizon, so it can use non-Verizon SIMs. As you're in Pakistan, that's not really an option. Any local unlocking services there?

Also what carrier are you on?

Because if you're on Warid, apparently it will only get 2G service.

OT: Zong is a carrier in Pakistan that often interests me, because that's actually China Mobile. The only foreign network they operate.
