Motorola e20 is formatting alone

A client bring to me a motorola e20, he says the phone is just formatting alone, and he lose everything. He said in some days, the phone format 3 or 4 times in a row. Anyone know what is happening?

Formats what? A sd card? Internal memory? Have you rebooted the phone?

internal memory, i formatedd the phone and passed in RSA Lenovo software

have you tried a factory reset? or even better....a hard reset?

yes, i already did both things, but persists.

I would think it is a hardware issue that causing this. Replacement is your best option

I agree with @Dannydet, if this was a software issue, a hard reset should have fixed it. Since it did not, then that leads to assume that it is a hardware issue. You will need to get it fixed or replaced.
