Help Motorola Razor Max update problems

Updated to the new 4.1.2 update today. Voice commander is all new. Lost the option to enter the body of a text message by voice command. The mic symbol is missing from the keyboard even though I have checked the option yes in the keyboard menu. Anyone else having the same problem?

I updated my Maxx yesterday, and it's working fine.

It may help to...
Do a FDR then re-boot.
