Motorola setup wizard

I have had this phone for about 5 months. I just noticed a notification that my setup wizard was enabled. I have no idea what that is or why it gave me this notification. Could that have been done remotely by another phone on my account or something?

Notification said activation complete for my phone number then when I clicked on it it took me to the Motorola setup wizard app info.??
