Help Motorola XT 910 Firmware Help

I have a Motorola XT 910 that I bought and still use in India. I installed the wrong firmware. Details as given below:
Android version 4.1.2
Build 9.8.2O-124_SPUEM-14
System version 982.124.14.XT910.Retail.en.EU



I am trying to flash it with SPYDERIRD_U.01.26.0_SPD-IRD-21_SIGN_ASIA_RETAIL_HKTW.xml which seems to the correct version. However I get AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S) (Flash Failure 0A.77). I tried using both RSD lite (which gave a error on cdt.bin_signed and also installing from external storage (sd card). I think I also tried adb (sideload) which stopped at 92%. Can someone help me with going back to the correct version ..
I want to get back to the Asian firmware.

Any luck ? Im tyring to retrieve the deleted stock phone app. I may have to flash mine also
