Help motorola zoom stuck help!!!!

i was got an xoom from my friend as a gift

while im using it i saw that there is an update avilible..

i was updated my xoom but after the update my xoom didnt worked

iwas trying to do hard reset (power + vol up) and he stucked on the starup up (at the M logo)

i have tried the other reset (power + vol 2) and he showed me at the left top of the screen "startup protocol 1" and still stuck in the M

please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
