Mouse ball / wheel won't scroll right!

As per title. All other directions work. Not sure if this was the case straight out of the box, as hardly use the mouse wheel / ball. Anyone know if this could be an 'out of calibration' problem that can be adjusted, or is it just broken? Have to admit dropping the phone once, but not that hard!

This happened to me. My first hero was perfect as far as the track ball, but had the headphone issues. So I exchanged it for another hero. Mine wouldn't scroll from right to left, but would every other way. Then came the glorious day of November 1, 2009. Now I am living in the moment.

I'm guessing that means they exchanged it for yet another one then?

Bought mine online via Pixmania in August, so a pain if I want to get it fixed, I guess.
