Help Mouting internal drive in Mac OS X

hey i'm having trouble mounting iSD in mac os x. I connect the phone to usb , then select "mount" option from top dropdown , and nothing happens. I'm doing it wrong?

That's exactly what I do, and then the phone appears as an external drive on my desktop.

i figured out, apparently front-case usb ports have problems with this options, so if anybody have similar problem, just stick your usb in the back ports on the case.
