Root move apps to sd card

You can't move them but you can use link2sd. I tried and truthfully in my opinion it didn't free up much space. Really only works with apps that store a lot of data I think.

You can create a 2nd partition on your sd card using Aparted and busy box. After creating the partitions use Link2SD to create a "Symbolic Link" which is the alternative to Move app 2 SD which isn't supported by the samsung exhibit. There are walkthroughs available just do a little googling. I freed up about 400 MB all together with future apps being installed on my freshly partitioned space

You could use the carbon ROM and it does support apps to SD

The newest cm11 rom supports apps to sd
