Help Move/Install apps on SDcard

I know that this question has been asked several times on this forum already but I would like to know if it is possible on Galaxy 5 (i5500).
Can someone please tell me how to move/install apps on SDcard and the softwares used for it. My phone's internal memory is full!!!
I have already rooted my phone using androot.
OS: Android 2.1

..and how do you know it will even get update i cant find any info?

i can't find any either but ppl are talking in youtube comments and so on, and i see no reason why it sould not get the update, that is the reason why this phone supports an open os, forthe updates... if not we should sue

FROYO is out for i5500 and has native android app2sd support.
Works like a charm go get it nao!
