Not really, iPhones don't have external storage. But that said we certainly do need more information.

It seems that writing a post with as much detail as possible gets far less responses than a post with half a dozen words which is ambiguous to say the least..

Well if people explain the problem and background properly either they may get a quick answer or people can recognise that they don't have an answer and not reply.

If they don't post enough for anyone to work out what they want we can all tell them to give us more information .
