move "the lounge"

I was thinking it might be a good idea to move the lounge a little lower in the lists of forums to search. alot of the times the most recent post in the lounge is something in the politics sub forums, which has some pretty risque titles. As it is now when i log onto the forums the lounge is pretty much dead center so I cant help but notice what the most recent topic is. so if possible is there a way to move more Android related forums further up and less androidy ones lower.

That might be a good point, as now that I think of it, all the forums I'm on usually have their off-topic forums at the bottom.
