Help move video posted on facebook

A friend posted a short video on my FB page and I would like to save it to my device (gallery or video player. ) I do not want to use FB video downloader. Is there another way I can move this video? I want to keep the video on my device. Any help will be appreciated.
 
The best way, actually, is to get a copy from your friend. That eliminates any compression or other effects Facebook may have applied to it.
