Moved = Changed

I monitor a number of forums at Android Forums. They are all listed in my "Favorite Forums".

I see which thread has had something posted to it since my last visit. I then go to that thread using the "Go to first new post" button.

The problem is ... if a tread in one of these forums is moved to a different forum that change is not noted in "Favorite Forums".

If someone leaves a post in the thread after it is move it is not noted in "Favorite Forums" unless it is one of the forums that I monitor.

The result is it may be hours, days, or weeks before I ever notice the change ... or I may never see it.

A simple solution ... a "Thread Move" should be identified as a "Change" and correspondingly identified in the change list provided by "Favorite Forums" and tracked like any other change.

Do you mean you want a notification of when threads are moved out of a favourite section, or that you would want threads moved out of a favourite forum to continue to be listed in the updated threads list as new posts are made?

Sorry for mumbling ...

I would simply like to have the single move be marked as a change. The message that is posted that marks the thread's being moved should be seen as a change. That should include notification in my Favorites list.

When that is done I would be made aware of any thread that was moved out of a forum that I track using the Favorites list. I would then make a determination on a case-by-case basis if I wanted to track it further.
