Help Moving apps from internal memory to micro sd?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Wi Fi only USA version model SM-T210R bought on Amazon, actually runs Android 4.1.2 and would like to move apps from the internal memory to the micro SD.

This is what I tried before:
My Files:
I opened My Files and could move some apps to the micro sd making a scissors cut/paste to the micro SD but I could not find all the downloaded apps in MY FILES just a few.

Is there any Android free app useful for this purpose or are them only for phones?

What do you mean by downloaded apps? Do you mean just the data that the apps create?

Just the free apps downloaded not the data those apps create.

OK I don't really get what you're saying. Do you mean like if you download Twitter from the play store you wanna move the actual app to your SD card?

Yes that is what I need to do.

I have the bible free app in the internal memory but I want to move it to the SD Card and so on other apps.

Yeah the tab 3 7.0 can't do that.
